Only one active account is permitted per individual, IP address, device, or household. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and all related transactions will be reviewed.
During registration, you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current information. Details to be provided include your full name, date of birth, active mobile number, and bank account information for withdrawal purposes.
The Know Your Customer (KYC) process is mandatory before any first withdrawal is processed. Documents that may be required include:

The general terms applicable to all 33xx bonuses are as follows:

All disputes that cannot be resolved internally will be referred to the relevant independent dispute resolution body. The decision of that body is final and binding on both parties.
Any complaint related to game outcomes or transactions must be filed within 30 days from the date of the incident. Complaints filed after this period may not be considered.
